Many people know that they need extra storage space; very few know exactly what kinds of things to look for in a storage building that will make them happy over the long haul.  Our design consultants are trained to help you find out:

• What size is right for you

• What style/design is right for you

• Where your windows and doors should be placed for maximum efficiency and use of space

• What kind of materials and colors will work for you.  

• How to maximize your storage space using lofts, shelves, workbenches, and many other items.

We realize that it’s important to your happiness to get a building that will actually do what you need it to in the long run.  We won’t just try to sell you what we happen to have in stock!  It’s always better to order exactly what you want than to put up with something we have sitting there.

Quality Products

We take pride in the quality of our work and materials.  Consequently, our storage sheds are built better than many houses!  Here are a few of the items that stand out from the average run-of-the-mill shed:

• Treated Floor System  All our skids and floor joists are pressure treated for rot and termite resistance.  Treated plywood is also available for high-moisture applications.

• Plywood construction  (vinyl-sided buildings) - We use real plywood sheathing on our building for a real-wood   appearance on the     inside.  It  also brightens the interior more than the darker OSB products.

• LP Smart Panel Siding  (painted buildings) - This is an engineered wood siding that is pre-primed and is treated to resist rot and termites.  It comes with a 5/50 year limited factory warranty.

• LP TechShield  Optional on nearly all buildings.  This product is a structural sheathing backed with foil to keep the building up to 30˚ cooler in the summer.

• Overhangs  Most of our buildings have a least a 4” overhang on the eaves to improve the appearance and minimize splashing against the bottom of the building.

• 2X4 Construction  Most of buildings are framed with 2X4’s 16” OC for strength and durability.

• Tar Paper  All our buildings have tarpaper on the roofs, just like you would expect on your house.  This validates the warranty for the shingles.

Quality Service and Follow-up

 

• Free Installation: We will level your building on a block foundation free of charge (up to 12" out of level) for all storage buildings 12X20 and smaller.

• Back-up services: We offer repair and maintenance services for our buildings…from painting to re-roofing, it’s just a call away.

• Moves: If you ever need to move your building, we’ll be ready to help.

• Warranty: We guarantee our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years. Any issues will be addressed in a timely manner.
