• (1) Design your building (just as you would for a normal purchase, or you can pick something off our lot)

• (2) We figure your rental payment amount based on the cash purchase price of the building.

• (3) Order your building…pay only the equivalent of 2 months down,* just as you would if you were renting an apartment or a house.

• (4) Once your building arrives, your month-to-month rental term will start. Just make your monthly payments from the invoices you receive in the mail.

Here’s the great part: If you do nothing else, you will automatically own the building after renting it for only 3 years.

Does renting a shed cost more?

Cost more than what? It’s all in what you compare it to:

• If you buy a $2000 shed and pay cash for it, you pay $2000 plus tax and have a nice building.

• If you finance your purchase through a bank or other financial institution, you will pay the $2000 plus whatever interest and fees the bank charges, and have a nice building.

• If you rent a $2000 (cash purchase price) shed for the full 36 month term, you will pay a total of $3333.60 (excluding tax) in rent, and have a nice building at the end.

• If you rent a $100/month self-storage unit, you will pay a total of $3600.00 and have nothing.

• If your $2000 riding mower gets stolen or rusts away because you didn’t rent a shed to put it in, you’re really out of luck!

How does Byler’s RentAShed program differ from Buy-Here, Pay-Here?

Buy-here, Pay-here type deals typically still involve some sort of long-term obligation and a credit inquiry. Byler’s RentAShed program requires neither. If fact, we never pull credit reports for any reason.

Is RentAShed a rip-off?
